The pathway to where we stand today began in 2014 when we laid the groundwork for an integrated health system that truly serves the greater Rochester community.

Care Like Family
Building on our resolve to serve the greater Rochester region and beyond, we deepened our roots in our own communities so people could access the care they needed close to home. This took shape in several distinct places over 2016 and 2017.
